Delivery Services for UK
Our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, UPS or DPD depending on the size of your order. All Royal Mail orders are sent via Tracked 24 Service.
All small orders will be sent via Royal Mail and larger order will be sent via UPS Tracked service. We will inform you the service used along with a tracking number of your order to ensure safe delivery of all items.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as we will not be responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to missing or incorrect information of the delivery details. If you feel that an error is made or would like to add extra information regarding your delivery details please email use sales@ilumos.com along with your order number and the information you would like to add or change.
AM Delivery service will be provided by UPS and only applies Monday to Friday. All deliveries, when a mobile number is provided, will be accompanied with a text messaging service that indicates a time slot for the delivery to notify the approximate time of delivery. Please note that although this is a guaranteed service Adaptive holds no responsibility in the event of an unforeseen delay due to the courier. In such an event the full delivery fee paid will be refunded.
Delivery Times
All orders placed before 14:00 PM will be dispatched the same day and after 14:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. All orders placed on a weekend including bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to circumstances out of our control, which may include issues with the delivery company or such as weather related issues.
All UK mainland orders will be delivered within 1 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch and depending on the delivery service chosen. If there are any issues or changes to your delivery times we will inform you immediately and ensure that you receive your order within a timely manner.
International Deliveries
All international deliveries follow the same guidelines as UK Deliveries in regards to delivery details and the service use according the size of the order. All small deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service and larger orders will be sent via TNT Express service.
All Standard deliveries to the European Union is £14.99 and Express deliveries are £29.99. For the Rest of the World the standard delivery fee is £23.99 and Express delivery fee is £39.99
International Delivery Times
Small orders outside the UK shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery service may take 3 - 17 business days depending on the region that it is being sent to. We will be happy to provide more accurate shipping times to your destination by contacting sales@ilumos.com before or after your order is placed.
Large orders outside the UK shipped via TNT Express may take 2 - 11 days depending on the region that it is being sent to. Please contact us if accurate shipping times are required. All DHL Express deliveries will be accompanied with a Tracking number which will be provided once the item has been dispatched.
Delivery Costs
All UK Mainland orders over £50 come with Free Delivery so there are no extra charges on top of your purchases. Orders below £50 have a Standard Delivery Charge of £2.99.
Additionally we offer a Tracked Next Day Delivery service which is £5.99 and an AM Delivery service which is £7.99
Adaptive LTD will no be held responsible for any local import and customs duties charges for goods delivered outside the UK.
